Straight answers.

Every question below is one real people ask before requesting access. If yours is missing, ask it on the review call and we will add it here.

Why can't I see any projects on this site?
Because presenting specific projects is licensed work, and we take that seriously. Purpose Built Network never displays projects publicly: no addresses, no prices, no builders. The site teaches you how the program works. Specific projects are presented privately by licensed representatives, to reviewed members only. That split is what keeps the network compliant and worth being inside.
What happens on the review call?
Twenty minutes with the desk. We walk your mandate, structure, and holdings against the program's published bars. Bands only, never documents, never exact figures: a brief check against the bars the program itself publishes, then specifics on the call. No documents are required until you choose to engage licensed professionals.
I've never owned a rental property. Can I actually do this?
Possibly, and you would not be alone. The program has an experience requirement, typically five years of relevant ownership or management. Most first-time buyers clear it the other way: a professional property manager under contract, which lenders accept and which you would likely want anyway with eight tenants. The Blueprint walks through exactly how that route works.
Do I need to be a Canadian citizen?
No. Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or qualifying status all work. What matters to CMHC and the lender is your status, your financial position, and the project itself. If you are unsure where you fall, that is a two-minute question on the review call.
Is this like buying a condo to rent out?
No, and the difference is the whole point. A condo is one unit priced against other condos, financed like a home, carried by one tenant. An eight-door building is one parcel with eight rent cheques, valued on the income it produces, and financed through a federal program built for rental housing. One vacancy in a condo is 100% of your income. One vacancy in an 8-door is 12.5%.
What's the catch?
There are real costs and real discipline. The insurance premium is material. The 50-year amortization carries a surcharge. Underwriting is slower and stricter than a home purchase, and the program expects commitments on affordability or efficiency to earn its best terms. That is exactly what the Blueprint walks through, line by line, on a real closed deal. If someone shows you this program without the costs, they are selling, not teaching.
What does access cost?
Nothing. Education, review, and introductions are free to investors. The network is operated by Acceltra Digital Inc., compensated through marketing and systems services to its partners and through licensed affiliates for regulated services, always disclosed.
Why is this free? What's in it for you?
We are paid by the professional side of the table, not by you. Builders and licensed partners pay for marketing and systems; regulated services are provided by licensed affiliates and disclosed. That model only works if the people we introduce are genuinely reviewed and genuinely fit, which is why the education is free and the review is real.
Are you a brokerage? Is this advice?
No and no. Purpose Built Network educates, reviews, and introduces. Offers, advice, financing, and transactions are handled exclusively by independent licensed professionals: builder representatives, mortgage brokers, insurance advisors, and lawyers. Nothing on this site is an offer or a recommendation.
I'm in BC or Ontario. Can I request access?
Yes. The network exists for capital moving into Alberta. A large share of reviewed investors live in BC and Ontario and buy in Calgary or Edmonton, where the same dollars control roughly twice the building.
